The Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW) is thrilled to announce the debut of a new television series that shines a spotlight on the incredible work of its dedicated staff. Nevada Wild will premiere Tuesday, November 4, at 9 p.m. PST (check your local listings) on Animal Planet.

Produced by Engel Entertainment, the people behind the hit shows Lone Star Law and North Woods Law, Nevada Wild offers a broader look at the exciting and important work happening across NDOW. The first 10-episode season will feature stories ranging from bighorn sheep captures and moose collaring to game warden water rescues and biologists exploring caves to monitor bat populations.

“To have this amazing opportunity to tell our story on a national stage is very exciting,” said Alan Jenne, Director of the Nevada Department of Wildlife. “We can’t wait for everyone else to discover what we already know, that this agency is made up of incredible, passionate people who make a difference in preserving and protecting all things wild in this great state.”

Full episodes will be posted at a later date on The Game Warden Channel YouTube page. Don’t miss Nevada Wild, a powerful new look at the people and wildlife that make Nevada truly unique. View the series trailer here.
