ENERGY PLANNING AND CONSERVATION PROGRAM

Application For Energy Projects

These forms should be completed electronically. Simply open the PDF, place your cursor in the form fields and complete the form. The application and all supporting materials, including the associated fee, must be provided to the program administrator listed on the application. Forms and maps should be sent via email to ndowreview@ndow.org. Fees under $10,000 may be mailed (or delivered) to NDOW headquarters in check form (Attn: Technical Review Program Lead). Fees of $10,000 and over should be paid electronically. *Do not send inquiries regarding hunting, fishing, boating or other special permits to this address

The following must be completed in full and received by the program administrator to satisfy requirements under NRS 701.610-701.640:

  1. Application
  2. Map and/or ArcGIS shapefiles (.shp), Google Earth files (.kml/.kmz), or other commonly used spatial data
  3. Corresponding fee

subdivision review PROGRAM

The forms can be sent via email to ndowreview@ndow.org (*For AB307 & AB211 energy program applications only – not for hunting, fishing, boating or other special permits) or returned by mail.

Fees (Adopted Regulation R162-22, Sec. 8, unless otherwise provided in Subsection 2):

  1. Review of a tentative map: $250 plus $5 for each acre shown on the tentative map that will be disturbed during development.
  2. Review of modifications to a tentative map: $5 for each newly depicted acre that will be disturbed and was not previously reviewed.
  3. Acres reserved for open space are exempt from the per-acre fee.
